This project emphasis deals with the development of agricultural production techniques. Classical agricultural experiences with established, site adapted economic plants are used because there were no other experiences available in Germany at the beginning of the project. The fundamentals were the orientation on the existing agricultural, forestry, and nature conservation surrounding conditions. Alternative models of agroforestry systems were evaluated with decision makers in agriculture.
